Laptops of many indian citizens hacked

Bidding on some websites is interesting not for the money, because of the kind of services people require, one problem posted is

having issues with my laptop, I got i4 processor and 4GB RAM. Sometimes it hangs long time. some application won’t work. I want someone to look remotely and suggest anything to fix. you can do skype call / any help
