The surveillance of google competitor whose identity is stolen by raw/cbi employees is used to hack every printer in any area she is spending time. For example the google competitor was trying to the printer driver for the canon e460 printer.
She had downloaded the driver for the printer and tried to install it on the Iball windows 10 laptop on July 14, 2018
However she got the error
Failed to acquire information on the driver and software
Check the network connection and try again

It appears that ntro is monitoring all the software that is installed on the laptops of the google competitor, and blocking installation of the printer drivers, forcing the google competitor to use the laptop at multiple locations
Only the zip file was being unzipped, however due to hacking even this was not working.
