It is observed that the Micromax laptop keyboard stops working when the BSNL SIM is used for the internet connection.
The user is unable to enter any data
Even after the Iball Airway modem with the BSNL SIM is removed, the keyboard remains hacked, no characters can be typed using the keyboard
The user has to restart the laptop to be able to use the keyboard
This problem was faced earlier also, and on 8 June 2018, the keyboard was again hacked, forcing the user to change the SIM, wasting her time.
Any help to end the problem will be greatly appreciated.
